Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management solution, which will give you absolute command over your e-mail box accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can create a brand new email box account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. In addition, you can forward electronic mails from one e-mail account to another, finetune e-mail filters, create autoresponder messages and shield your e-mail accounts against spam electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email boxes against spam emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unsolicited electronic mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your emails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain e-mail box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming electronic mails based on specific criteria set by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your email accounts and define the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, or even to a number of other e-mail box accounts. Simply choose the e-mailbox account you wish to redirect electronic mail messages from, then select the destination email box and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your preference to access your email mailboxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you want to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple mailboxes at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also allow you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will take care of everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
